As Director of a comprehensive stroke center in the Midwest, he leads life-saving interventions and long-term recovery programs for patients facing some of the most critical neurological conditions.
Inspired by his background as the son of a disabled veteran, Dr. Barr has dedicated his career to restoring independence, dignity, and quality of life for patients through both cutting-edge medicine and compassionate care.
